You are passionate about baking, are consistent and have an eye for the important details. You can keep up in a fast-paced environment, have two years of recent kitchen experience and can speak and understand English. You are comfortable standing for long periods of time and lifting 50 pounds. Availability to work weekends and some holidays.

* Prepare our pizza dough and pastry recipes from scratch to produce consistent results

* Complete your prep list, follow all specs, and stock food as needed

* Portion all the products, follow the recipes, and always make sure the presentation looks perfect

* Keep it clean! Follow the sanitization standards, make sure your workstation stays clean and organized, and follow the food handling standards.
