**About You**

As the Channel Sales Manager, you win, maintain and expand relationships with assigned Technology Advisors (partners) in their territory. You are responsible for achieving sales, profitability, and partner recruitment objectives. Additionally, you own partner relationships and represent the entire range of company products and services to assigned partners.

**What youll do and how youll have an impact**

* Execute growth plans with assigned Technology Advisors to expand consumption of existing offerings and demand for new offerings

* Develop industry and product expertise in order to advocate best practices.

* Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) which include building an account-specific success plan inclusive of customer objectives, stakeholders, milestones, risks and key success metrics needed to achieve them.

* Work closely with Channel Sales Manager to ensure the right resources are made available to help assigned Technology Advisors grow

* Work closely with Order Management to ensure timely quoting for new opportunities, and accelerated order to cash

* Work closely with Advisor Finance to ensure accurate and timely payment of commissions

* Establish and strengthen professional relationships with key decision-makers, including executive sponsors in assigned Technology Advisors.

* Opportunity to travel to client locations (travel 20%)

**What were looking for**

* 5 years experience leading ongoing customer relationships with Technology companies.

* Consistent record as a top performer in customer success, program management, and/or account management requiring ownership and execution of complex, client-facing enterprise programs with senior internal and external stakeholders.

* Strong business acumen, especially around technology and subscription commerce.

* Ability to navigate, master, and evangelize an evolving value proposition to our partners and help them navigate the digital transformation

* Experience with working with Salesforce, Zendesk a plus
