A leading ERP/SaaS client in the Manufacturing and Supply Chain industry is seeking a highly motivated, dynamic, and results-oriented senior leader with a passion for customer success to join their Global Professional Services (GPS) team as the Director of Professional Services for their suite of manufacturing ERP products. The Director will lead a dynamic team of Implementation Consulting Managers supporting multiple ERP systems and various implementation projects to deliver effective services that meet customer needs, adhere to schedules, and operate within budgetary constraints. This person will provide leadership, mentorship, and support towards a high-quality implementation experience. This position will be responsible for reducing time-to-value, driving billable utilization, increasing CSAT, managing P&L, enhancing customer relationships, and being a strong communication bridge between all functional and cross-functional teams. This is a permanent full-time position that can be based remotely in North America, or in one of our US offices in Minneapolis, MN, Latham, NY, Provo, UT, Cincinnati, CO, Westlake, TX or Mt. Laurel, NJ.

Required Skills & Experience
5-7 years in a leadership role (Sr. Manager or Director) with a focus on Professional Services management
Tenured experience in the ERP/SaaS/Software industry
Experience in a complex multi-product environment managing a portfolio or suite of software products
Ability to work cross-functionally with the Sales and Product teams with a unified customer focused strategy
Previous P&L responsibility driving strong utilization and revenue.
Heavy focus on metric driven environment and ability to use data to analyze results and make data-informed decisions
Ability to articulate business strategy, and provide tangible, tactical level detail on strategy and plan
Comfortable managing a team size of 40 members both onsite and remote resources (plus if Software Implementation Consultants)
Strong reporting experience working with tools such as Excel, SalesForce, FinancialForce
Excellent communication skills with ability to present to Executive leadership in a concise manner
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Manufacturing and/or Supply Chain industries preferred
Worked with small to medium size business customers
