Insight Global is Hiring a Field service technician Near Louisville, KY
Insight Global is looking for 5 field service technicians to service the central Europe region. This being to serve automotive customers in the Germany, Limburg , and Belgium region.
This role involves maintaining and testing our tools and systems to ensure optimal performance. The role also requires meticulous documentation of all work processes for transparency and future reference.
A significant part of the job is dedicated to customer care, which includes providing after-sales service to address any issues or concerns.
Lastly, the role involves field service, which may require on-site workshops to provide hands-on assistance and support.
Soft Skills : Commitment Willingness to learn - Team Player
2 years' experience in a servicing environment working with manufacturing automation and digital tooling.
Valid drivers' license and a reliable form of transportation (In Europe this is Driver's License B)
Ability to travel regionally approximately 60% of the time.
Ability to provide customer support, after sales service and care.
Fluent in Flemish and English
