Are you ready to lead Master Electronics ' Service Desk team to new heights? Join us as a Service Desk Supervisor and make your mark in shaping our service delivery! This position operates out of our headquarters in Phoenix, AZ.

What you will do?:
  • Working closely with our Division Manager, you'll be at the forefront of developing and implementing top-notch Service Management processes, policies, and procedures
  • You'll ensure that our Service Desk operates like a well-oiled machine by distributing workloads effectively and maintaining timely task completion
  • As the mastermind behind our service desk software, you'll handle day-to-day administration duties with finesse
  • Employee evaluations? You've got it covered, along with crafting short and long-term goals to keep our team motivated and focused
  • Monitoring and reporting on Service Desk activities? That's your expertise
  • You'll also be the go-to person for escalations, providing oversight on Service Desk projects and other department-wide initiatives
  • Ensuring accurate desktop and software inventory? Check!
  • You'll also ensure that our Service Desk staff accurately log their calls and time, maintaining transparency and accountability
  • But that's not all you'll roll up your sleeves and troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair desktops, printers, and other peripherals
  • Coordinating outside repairs and installations? That's part of your playbook too
  • Guiding our team and users alike, you'll provide instructions on system features and policies, crafting user documentation to facilitate smooth operations
  • And when it comes to staffing our automated Service Desk function, you'll ensure requests are promptly resolved while keeping our software in top shape
  • Plus, you'll develop essential documentation to ensure continuity of service in your absence

What you bring to the table!:
  • Experience :
    • You've got 5 to 8 years under your belt in information systems, desktop/support desk, or a related field
    • Plus, you've spent 1 to 3 years managing technical resources and support desk personnel, making you well-equipped for this leadership role
  • Education :
    • While a Bachelor's Degree is preferred, we value hands-on experience and a strong track record of success just as much
  • Technical Expertise :
    • You've got the know-how when it comes to computer operating systems, desktop application software, and computer hardware
    • Your proven knowledge sets you apart and ensures smooth sailing for our Service Desk operations

Pay Range: $65,000 - $75,000
