Director of Purchasing - Residential Construction
A leading home builder is looking to add a Director of Purchasing to their team!
Director of Purchasing Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversee Purchasing Department
- Prepare budgets and determine product features and options
- Negotiate and contract with subcontractors and vendors.
- Vendor/national contract rebates.
- Assist subcontractors and Construction team as needed
- Managing/leading a team
Director of Purchasing Qualifications:
- 5 years of Purchasing experience within the Residential Construction Industry (with projects over $7M)
- 3 years of Management experience
- College degree preferred, not required
