About the Position:
The Business Development Representative (BDR) Program is growing at TCP Software, and we are looking for a leader to help us manage and continue to build the team. The BDR team is responsible for handling inbound marketing generated lead qualification and setting outbound prospecting meetings for the sales organization. In addition to team building, coaching and lead qualification activities, the Team Leader will be the front-line eyes and ears for the organization as we learn about new markets and buyer personas.
