This position is responsible to lead the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes of new associates as well as identifying the current hiring needs of Schnellecke. Consistently adding new talent to company pipeline.

Job Functions

• Create, implement, and maintain best practices for successful recruiting processes.
• Maintain effective working relationships with all levels of company management, to ensure adequate staffing needs.
• Develop and implement recruiting, sourcing strategies, and processes to support the hiring and business needs.
• Evaluate departments to help identify placement opportunities according to skills observed during the training process.
• This position is responsible for the full cycle of recruiting; from the requisition, to sourcing candidates, screening, interviewing, extending offers, and a portion of onboarding.
• Manage the offer process including reference checks, background, checks, and salary negotiations.
• Performs miscellaneous task as assigned by management in accordance with skill level.
• Organize job fairs and hiring events at external facilities.
• Create, maintain, and present KPI's in relation to recruitment efforts.
• Works directly with staffing partners and effectively communicates manpower needs.
• Works closely with community organizations to maintain professional relationships and hiring potential.
• Maintains professional social media platform utilized for recruitment efforts.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Must have good computer and office skills. Microsoft office; excel, word, powerpoint, and Outlook.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience working in staffing, human resources, or within a community organization preferred, but not required.
