We are seeking a Staffing Coordinator to join our team! You will be responsible for providing administrative support to a staffing agency. A staffing coordinator is responsible for organizing and scheduling workers to ensure that their organization is fully staffed on each work shift, locating potential candidates and assist in On boarding process.
Job Duties
Assist with recruiting and hiring efforts
Handle general HR duties, completion of I-9 and W-4 paperwork
Daily Dispatching
Screen and identify qualified applicants for our major clients in light industrial
Conduct daily full-screen face to face interviews with applicants
Compile reports from personnel databases
Review and update HR information system records
Enforce company policies, rules and regulations
Communicate all relevant information to employees and job applicants
Qualifications
High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Recruiting: 1 year (Preferred)
Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
Data entry: 1 year (Preferred)
Previous experience in staffing and Customer service
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Strong attention to detail
Looking for Bilingual in Spanish and English
