Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Support onboarding process for new hires including but not limited to offer letter generation, initiation and monitoring of pre-employment processes, record creation and facilitation of new hire orientation.
Support Early Career program through coordination, tracking and facilitating of events to ensure flawless execution of program in North America.
Support and/or manage special projects to implement, change or streamline automation and new technology platforms.
Additional Requirements:
Being self-motivated and eager to learn.
Technology Savvy.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Continuous improvement mindset.
Experience in HR related field is preferred.
Some internship experience in Talent Acquisition is highly preferable.
Education:
Bachelor's degree or some college is preferred.
