Job Summary:
Finance Department at St. Scholastica Monastery is seeking a part-time (20 hours per week) Office/Accounting Assistant. As the Office/Accounting Assistant you will be the first point of contact for our finance office. The ideal candidate will have good verbal and written communication skills, ability to maintain confidentiality with all levels of personnel, be dependable, pays attention to detail, has ability to file correctly, multi-task, and have professional phone etiquette.
Duties:
- Bi-weekly Payroll
- Weekly Accounts Payable
- Misc. office duties
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Office experience
- Accounts payable experience
- Payroll processing experience
- Computer proficient, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience with QuickBooks Online and 10-Key skills
- Experience with ADP Payroll Service a plus
