What You Would Do
- Customer Service
- Process customer payments (invoicing and financing)
- Assist with payroll processing
- Processing Mail
- Scanning and organizing financial documents
- Other various AP/AR Functions
What We Need For This Role
- 1 years of accounting experience preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Quickbooks
