Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to our team and ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Duties:
- File and maintain documents, both physical and computerized
- Proofread and edit documents for accuracy and clarity
- Provide customer support, answering inquiries and resolving issues
- Scanning and uploading documentation, and communicating with team members
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, correspondence, and record keeping

Skills:
- Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
