Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional service and assisting customers with their inquiries and purchases.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain the problem or reason for calling or visiting
- Assist customers in selecting products, provide information, and process orders
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed customer's service expectations

Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred
- Strong communication skills and phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor

Pay: $16.50 - $20.00 per hour
