Job Description

Seton LaSalle Catholic High School is seeking a mission-driven, hard-working, dedicated, self-starter to join our school community as an Administrative Assistant in the Main Office. This individual should have a passion for Catholic education and a strong desire to be part of a team. This individual will report to the President and collaborate with Admissions, Advancement, and Finance.

The Administrative Assistant works with the Principal, Dean of Formation, Safe Environment Coordinator, and Health Services Assistant. This position reports to the Principal.

Qualifications/Key Attributes:

• Strong relationship management skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to use sound judgment and discretion regarding confidential information.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize a workload while maintaining strict attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate and balance multiple projects.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Suite, experience with Powerschool a plus.
• Ability to work both individually and in a team environment.
• Must be a practicing Catholic in good standing.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
