About the Role

Top Class Actions is a dynamic and innovative organization dedicated to righting consumer wrongs by putting out easy-to-understand news for consumer lawsuits and settlements. With a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement, we are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a CRM Administrator. This role is crucial in maintaining and optimizing our CRM platform to support our business processes and enhance overall operational efficiency.

We utilize Creatio SaaS, no-code platform for our work automation, process management, and CRM. As a CRM Administrator, you will be responsible for the configuration, customization, and administration of the CRM platform to meet the evolving needs of our organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration, troubleshoot issues, and implement best practices for utilizing the features of our CRM.

Responsibilities:

  • System Configuration and Customization:
    • Configure and customize Creatio modules and workflows to align with business requirements.
    • Implement and maintain user roles, access controls, and data permissions.
  • Platform Optimization:
    • Optimize and enhance the performance of the Creatio platform.
    • Collaborate with end-users to identify and implement improvements in system functionality.
  • Integration and Data Management:
    • Integrate Creatio with other business systems and applications as needed.
    • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency within the Creatio platform.
  • User Training and Support:
    • Provide training and support to end-users on Creatio functionality and best practices.
    • Respond to user inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions.
  • Monitoring and Maintenance:
    • Monitor system health, troubleshoot errors, and implement corrective actions.
    • Perform regular maintenance tasks, updates, and patches to keep the system up-to-date.

Job Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a CRM Administrator or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of CRM platform configuration, customization, and administration.
  • Creatio knowledge is a plus
  • Understanding of business processes and the ability to translate them into system requirements.
  • Experience with integrations, data management, and system optimization.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Willingness to learn and increase your knowledge base.
  • Creatio experience/certifications are a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.

Location

We are a fully virtual company. Preference will be given to candidates in Arizona.

  • Competitive salary of $53,000.00 - $82,000.00, based on skills, experience, and knowledge
  • Comprehensive benefits include 100% paid medical, dental, and vision coverage for full time employees, and 50% paid for dependent coverage
