You Are:

The Continuous Monitoring Lead will work in the Compliance team in the CISO organization. 

Responsibilities Include:

• Design, develop, maintain, and execute a Continuous Monitoring program for systems under organizational purview.
• Develop a risk management framework that provides visibility of organizational cyber risks.
• Manage a process for ongoing review of security controls and plans of action & milestones (POA&Ms).
• Support development of the governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) technical solution.

Here's What You Need:

• US Citizenship required.
• 5 years’ experience in A&A, risk assessments and management, security operations or other operational functions
• Excellent communication (written and oral), attention to detail and interpersonal skills
• Experience presenting complex technical information to decision makers and leading them through the decision-making process.
• Work independently to deliver timely solutions without direct supervision.
• Strong understanding of FedRAMP, CMMC and NIST publications such as 800-53 and 800-171
• Familiarity with GRC tools (e.g. Xacta, CSAM, RSA Archer, eMASS)
