BCL Search is Hiring a Remote Executive Assistant to CEO of Mission-Driven, Online Media Company
Our client, an online, mission-driven media company, is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to their CEO. The successful candidate should exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, maintain a balance between many projects and tasks, and possess strong written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills. The candidate must have at least 3-5 years of administrative experience. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment is a must. RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the executive’s busy calendar
Organize meetings, including scheduling and sending reminders
Handle travel arrangements, both domestic and international (flights, hotels, car services)
Manage and oversee projects
Process expense reports
Help with daily deliverables for office operations
10-20% personal work as needed
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
3-5 years’ experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Strong writing and research skills
SALARY $85-100K (DOE) discretionary bonus HOURS 9am-6:45pm5x a week in office#IND1
