    administrative support by answering phones, talking with customers, and other office-related tasks

Since 2015, Pequea Valley Exteriors has provided roofing services to businesses throughout the Northeastern United States. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality workmanship in commercial and residential roof repairs & replacements. We are looking for an Office Administrative Assistant to support our busy office with administrative and customer service support. If you have worked as an administrative assistant or customer service rep and have experience with CRM tools, consider joining our team.


Our Ideal Office Administrative Assistant:

  • Experienced: 3 years working in an office setting as an administrative assistant or customer service representative.
  • Tech Savvy: Strong computer and typing skills. Familiar with Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Gmail. Knowledge of CRM tools like Pipedrive, Company Cam, & Suma Quote Management is a plus.
  • Humble, Hungry, Smart: Professional & modest; maintains a positive & encouraging attitude. Humble enough to admit mistakes & driven to do a great job.
  • Clear Communicator: Must communicate clearly and concisely on the phone with our customers.
  • Detail-Oriented: Strong organization ability with great attention to accuracy and consistency; effective task prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
