Job Opportunity: Human Resources Coordinator in Palmetto Bay, FL (33157)

Pay: $20-$22/hour, benefits discussed at interview

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and organized Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at Quali-Care Home Health Agency. As an HR Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our HR department. If you’re passionate about people, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this opportunity is for you!

Responsibilities: As an HR Coordinator, you’ll be involved in a variety of tasks, including:

Administrative Excellence:

· Handle general administration and coordination within the HR department.

· Be the point of contact for internal and external HR-related queries.

· Assist with payroll administration and maintain accurate records.

· Employee Onboarding and Offboarding:

· Support the new hire process by assisting with candidate identification, selection, and interviews.

· Manage administrative aspects of onboarding, including screening, contracts, and updating HR systems.

· Stay in touch with new employees, answer their questions, and provide relevant materials.

Employee Records Management:

· Utilize our HR Information System (HRIS on Wellsky) to maintain employee records.

· Ensure accurate and up-to-date information on employment history, personal details, and performance evaluations.

Termination Process:

· Assist in the administrative aspects of employee terminations.

· Prepare termination letters, update records, and coordinate exit procedures.

Scheduling and Coordination:

· Assist in scheduling and delivery of hiring interviews and including application process, meetings, and training sessions.

· Coordinate logistics for HR events and workshops as scheduled by Administration and Management.

Qualifications: To excel in this role, you’ll need:

Administrative Skills: Proficiency in handling paperwork, organizing documents, and maintaining records.

Communication: Excellent written and spoken communication skills.

Bilingual: Fluent in both English and Spanish.

Computer Literacy: Comfortable using computer systems and software.

Deadline-Oriented: Ability to manage and meet deadlines.

Organization: Strong organizational skills to keep HR processes running smoothly.
