The Role

Amped Kitchens is hiring a Sales Development Representative to drive engagement with leads, companywide. The job is hybrid—opportunity to work from home at least part of the time. jumbo

The ideal candidate is outgoing, energetic, resourceful, relentless and professional, with a passion for food and businesses. 

Specific Accountabilities:

  • Manage Inbound Leads: Respond quickly and decisively to inbound email, social media and phone-based inquiries. Complete discovery calls and document in our CRM. 
  • Set Tours: Schedule onsite tours for qualified leads. Follow-up to maximize show rate. Maintain post-tour engagement. 
  • Generate New Business: Proactively identify and reach out to potential customers, using various methods including networking, referrals, and digital tools.
  • Manage Pipeline: Maintain rigorous follow-up to ensure leads are nurtured and moved through the sales pipeline effectively.
  • Collaborate, Learn and Improve: Work closely with the Marketing, Sales and Operations teams to refine our strategies based on your client insights.
  • Reporting: Track and report on leads and deal metrics using our CRM tools.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1-2 years in a sales development role, preferably in commercial real estate, food and/or or a related industry with a focus on B2B engagements.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, proficient in CRM software (we use HubSpot), and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Personality: Relentless drive, outgoing and energetic personality, and a passion for the food industry and helping businesses succeed.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Compensation

OTE $65,000 to $75,000 (no limit to upside)
