We’re seeking a Chef de Cuisine to help create outstanding culinary experiences for residents and guests in the multiple restaurants within our senior living residence. The Mather’s Chef de Cuisine is our senior most kitchen leader reporting to the Executive Chef. This role is responsible for leading the culinary team in planning, producing, and presenting high quality, from scratch prepared menu items in support of our diverse restaurant, CUISINE2GO and catering offerings for residents, team members, family members, guests, and prospects. The Chef de Cuisine serves as the sanitation expert for the operation ensuring all required training is completed per Mather training schedule.

Schedule: 

Full-time flexible schedule; must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
