This role troubleshoots existing reporting solutions, maintains database user security and integrity, and analyzes and translates requirements into reports and dashboards. This position should have a deep understanding of Business Intelligence products and processes. Prior experience is necessary with relational databases, SQL programming and SQL queries.The ideal candidate will be well-organized, proactive, and process-oriented, with a keen attention to detail and an exceptional ability to multitask and prioritize work. They will have good written and verbal communication skills, and impressive customer service skills. They will understand and address business problems, identify opportunities for improvement, and help achieve business goals and support the strategic direction of the company.Position Responsibilities:Designs, develops, and implements reporting solutions.Collaborates with key stakeholders to deliver data insights through the production of top-quality reports, dashboards, visualizations, and SQL storytelling.Develops PL/SQL objects including stored procedures, views, materialized views and functions.Understands and interprets data to address business problems. Transforms data sets, provides quantitative and qualitative analysis, and brings to life that analysis through compelling visuals and reporting.Leads system testing/validation in support of system upgrades/releases. Acts as a mentor and subject matter expert to other team members and external departments.
