CARSTAR Roberts Collision is looking for an experienced administrative assistant to join the team. The admin assistant will work directly with the shop's owner and the shops bookkeeper to complete projects tasked to them, which will include but not limited to the following;

• Manage OEM certifications, Training and Audits
• Manage I-Car Online Classes & Hands – On Training
• Shop Purchaser
• Audit & Close E-files
• Assist AP Clerk
• Distribute incoming mail
• Filing

This is a Monday – Friday, 8AM – 5PM position. Compensation will start at $23-$25 an hour, CARSTAR Roberts Collision offers PTO and health benefits.
