YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR ESTIMATOR

Your main responsibilities will involve communicating with insurance companies and vehicle owners to gather necessary information and write comprehensive estimates. Following insurance company guidelines, you will create accurate written estimates for crashed vehicles. Building and maintaining strong working relationships with both customers and insurance companies will be essential in promoting customer satisfaction. Handling customer concerns with the utmost care and professionalism will be one of your priorities. Working closely with our Production Manager, you will communicate effectively to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs.

You will document all work on repair orders, using proper flag sheets and inspection notes, to maintain accurate records. You will be responsible for the performance and accuracy of all estimates, ensuring the highest level of repair satisfaction for our customers. On top of that, you will also have the opportunity to follow up with customers to ensure their utmost satisfaction with the repair process. As the Estimator, you will have the chance to audit in-progress and completed files, ensuring compliance with our rigorous quality standards.
