THE ROLE:As a Senior Account Executive for Data & Analytics, you will support the design data and analytics methodologies to shape and support communications strategies and creative direction. You will work closely with the digital and account teams, not only to inform how they serve their brands and measure success, but also to help shape and sell data-centric offerings to drive both organic and new business growth. This position works with a variety of data sources (both primary and secondary) and utilizes tools that measure earned media, social media, and consumer insights.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Work closely with digital and brand teams to make specific and actionable client recommendations and sell in additional client engagements
  • Partner with Group Senior Vice President and Senior Supervisor, Data & Analytics to develop business cases with account leads that clearly show impact of campaigns and initiatives on business objectives, as well as ROI
  • Partner with Group Senior Vice President and Senior Supervisor, Data & Analytics, digital and brand teams to leverage data to develop new insights and analytics with the goal of improving planning, deliverables, growth, and efficiency (e.g., trend sensing, social media reporting, tracking influencer engagement or media mentions)
  • Intake business requests and challenges to propose and develop initial drafts for recommended solutions for review and collaboration by Group Senior Vice President and Senior Supervisor in the form of research approaches and methodologies that solve problems, deliver insight and drive business forward
  • Reduce manual reporting & data redundancy
  • Cultivate solid relationships with staff, internal partners, and clients
  • Collect/pull relevant data from multiple sources
  • Work with Planner to turn the data into actionable insights
  • Design and execute measurement plans and frameworks that demonstrate impact on business outcomes and perform regular reporting on KPIs. Help to develop reporting templates as needed
  • Present work orally and written in a digestible way for internal teams and clients
  • Amplify, optimize, and input into lessons for best practices and future planning/execution
  • Partner with traditional, online, and social media teams to develop a trend sensing and listening solutions
  • Represent the agency in client meetings and industry functions to enhance agency reputation
  • Support agency new business development with agile and creative data solutions to get quickly to insights

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • 3-4 years of PR/Marketing experience in analytics and measurement
  • Understanding of integrated agency teams (Earned Media, Social, Influencer, Creative)
  • Ability to assess data and derive insights
  • Experience with social listening tools such as Talkwalker (preferred), Sprinklr, radian6/Salesforce and BrandWatch
  • Understanding of the digital landscape
  • Experience in leading and or participated in integrated research
  • Understanding of briefing process
  • Strong business and personal skills that align with our core competencies as follows: Client Service, Communication & Leadership, Personal Effectiveness, Delivery and Execution, Business Acumen
  • Outstanding communications skills (verbal, written, and presentation) and a dynamic social presence
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word and building presentations in PowerPoint/Keynote
  • Healthcare/Pharma experience strongly preferred

The anticipated salary range for this position is ($60,000-$90,000). Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. A range of medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and/or other benefits also are available.
