Job Description Joyful Jobs is recruiting a Sales Manager on behalf of an exterior restoration contractor that helps clients navigate the restoration process after weather-related damages have occurred to their property. The company is locally owned and operated with a primary focus on roofing and siding replacement. We are based out of Burnsville, MN and service the entire Twin Cities metro area. Roles and Responsibilities: The following is a general outline of duties and is subject to change as dictated by business needs. This position includes, but is not limited to, the following tasks and expectations: Team Development and Growth: Develop and execute recruiting strategies Develop and maintain standardized onboarding and training procedures Support Field Representatives advancement through one on one coaching Maintain alignment with the company Core Values Drive Financial Results: Increase annual revenue by meeting or exceeding daily, weekly and monthly sales targets Lead Saturday Sales blitz initiatives Track field representative KPIs; address deficiencies as they occur and recognize over achievers Support field representatives with adjustments and customer interactions as needed Provide production support to field representatives and ensure client satisfaction as projects are completed Maintain updated job central app through biweekly meetings with Field Representatives. Advance Company Culture: Acknowledge, encourage, and reward positive behavior Host frequent meet ups with sales team during the week and biweekly group events throughout season Work with Sales Directors to provide ongoing coaching content shared at sales meetings Actively participate in larger team events Other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.
