- 40-hour work week with office hours from 8:00am-5:00pm, allowing 1 unpaid hour for lunch each day. Occasional overtime may be necessary dependent on project deadlines, which is compensated according to company policy.
Physical Demands: While working in the office, this position predominantly involves up to 8 hours per day at a computer workstation, with occasional standing and walking. The employee may occasionally lift lightweight office supplies and materials, typically not exceeding 20 pounds. The office environment is indoors, characterized by controlled temperatures and minimal exposure to adverse conditions. Must have visual acuity to recognize/change/add precise details on CAD drawings.
During fieldwork, the position entails moderate physical exertion, encompassing walking, standing, bending, and ascending stairs or ladders. The employee may occasionally lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds. Fieldwork exposes employees to various environmental conditions, including but not limited to loud noise levels, dust, dirt, and temperature fluctuations. Employees must adeptly navigate construction sites and conduct thorough inspections of materials and structures.
