FS Investments is seeking a Recruiter to support the execution of the Company's strategic talent agenda. The Recruiter will work closely with the HR team and other key stakeholders to develop business aligned talent acquisition plans.
This is an on-site role based in the Philadelphia headquarters. The role will focus primarily on sourcing, screening, and interviewing applicants in partnership with front-line managers and HR Business Partners.
The successful candidate is expected to:
* Partner with managers and HR Business Partners to execute on staffing needs and identify effective approaches to attracting top talent.
* Maintain assigned requisition load and act as the recruitment point of contact for candidates and hiring managers.
* Collaborate with managers and HR Business Partners to build a diverse sourcing strategy for business teams, including leveraging external networks and associations.
* Leverage sourcing tools and resources to drive active and passive candidates to current open requisitions.
* Proactively source, screen, and present candidates to managers.
* Develop a candidate pipeline for positions to support the firm's diversity and inclusion recruitment strategies.
* Assist with scheduling and coordinating candidate logistics with hiring managers.
* Assist with the onboarding of new hires, including updating and tracking of employee records.
* Exhibit high level of discretion and respect for confidentiality of employee data.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree required.
* Experience in financial services preferred.
* 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition including sourcing and interviewing.
* Knowledge and understanding of recruiting market trends and candidate engagement best practices.
* Collegial and collaborative team player, skilled at developing effective relationships internally and externally.
* Comfortable with a fast-paced environment, able to anticipate and manage changing and/or competing business needs and prioritize work across multiple work streams.
* Experience with various HR systems and recruiting technologies - such as Greenhouse, LinkedIn, Handshake, Dayforce, etc.
* Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Excel and PowerPoint, required.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and a high level of discretion.
