FS Investments is Hiring a Reconciliation Analyst Near Orlando, FL

The Client Relations team supports the entire FS family of funds by managing relationships between the firm, our advisors & investors, and our external partners to support new investments and existing client accounts. The team initiates and responds to service and informational inquiries. The Reconciliation Analyst will assist in the review and reconciliation of purchases, redemptions, and other Shareholder account needs.

The successful candidate is expected to:

  • Prepare and provide business reporting and analysis.
  • Review the accuracy and completeness of subscription documents.
  • Participate in the creation of data analysis conclusions, recommending updates to initiatives.
  • Resolve outstanding uncashed checks and escheatment eligible accounts.
  • Contact various internal and external parties to resolve outstanding issues.
  • Identify trends and escalate complex issues to senior team members.
  • Become proficient with fund policies and procedures as it relates to the issue resolution process.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for automation, efficiencies, and best practices.
  • Assist with various daily reporting and ad hoc responsibilities.
  • Work independently, with a critical attention to detail.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required. Business, Finance, Accounting or Economics background preferred.
  • 1 years' experience in financial services, operations and/or other relevant work or internship experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Knowledge of SQL is preferred.
  • Possess strong analytical skills and the ability to document policies and procedures.
  • Detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
