An administrative assistant is responsible for ensuring that all tasks relating to records management are completed in an accurate and timely manner. This requires coordinating data derived from all departments at Cinnamon Hills and generating cohesive and accurate reports.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Independently organize and prioritize responsibilities with consistent and positive results

• Acquire knowledge of JCAHO Standards, Licensing, and Contract reporting and communication requirements

• Acquire knowledge of HIPAA laws and communication requirements

• Understand and follow designated policies and procedures and program structure

• Update required reporting and submit on time

• Contribute to the development of clear policies and procedures that are in compliance with accreditation and licensing requirements

• Arrange visitations that comply with program structure

• Responsible for other duties as assigned

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be at least 21 years of age

• Legally able to work in the USA and no time-limited VISA

• High School diploma/GED; College degree preferred

• Be able to type at least 45-55 WPM

• Able to pass a drug screen.

• A TB test is required or the results from within 60 days

• Pass a Background Screening through the Department of Human Services

• Fluent with advanced Excel formula, spreadsheet functionality, and formatting

• Computer and word processing skills with efficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word)

• Excellent people and communication skills, as well as technical writing skills

• Ability to be interrupted by high priority items and return to previous tasks without losing focus

• Basic HTML, Javascript or Python programming is a bonus.

This provides each student with the opportunity to engage effectively in the full scope of academic and therapeutic services.
