Job Summary

BOXABL is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Logistics Manager to oversee all aspects of our logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have a technical degree, extensive manufacturing experience, and a strong background in automotive manufacturing (Tier 1 supplier minimum). This individual will possess a deep understanding of supply chain management, cost accounting, and ERP systems, along with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize all aspects of logistics operations, including inbound and outbound freight, shipping costs, expedite costs, and inventory management.
• Utilize strong business acumen to analyze cost data, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement effective cost control measures.
• Drive the implementation and optimization of ERP systems, including MRP (Material Resource Planning) and master data planning.
• Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure on-time delivery and efficient use of resources.

Experience and Education

• Technical degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing, with a strong preference for automotive manufacturing experience (Tier 1 supplier minimum).
• Extensive experience with ERP systems, such as NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle, as a power user.
• Proven track record of implementing MRP systems and optimizing master data planning.
