Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize spend across all categories.
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish long-term partnerships.
- Analyze market trends and pricing to make informed purchasing decisions and drive cost savings.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure alignment with procurement goals.
- Streamline procurement processes and systems to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or concerns to ensure quality and reliability.
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive strategic sourcing initiatives and support company objectives.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a Procurement Manager or in a similar role with a focus on spend management.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain effective supplier relationships.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Proficiency in procurement software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and departments.
- Certification in procurement (e.g., CSCP, CPSM) is a plus.
