Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize procurement processes and minimize costs.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to ensure favorable terms and pricing.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on spend management.
- Proven track record of driving cost savings and process improvements in procurement operations.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
