Blackstone Construction is Hiring an Office Assistant Near Naples, FL

Office Administrator

2-3 days a week

Work from home and some work from office depending

Duties:

- Manage accounts receivable and payable, Billing, and bookkeeping

- Building Permit applications and manage inspection scheduling

- Manage and organize building account files

- Serve as the front desk point of contact, greeting visitors and answering phone call - Manage phone systems and direct calls to appropriate staff members - Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences - Maintain and update calendars, ensuring accuracy and timeliness - Organize and maintain physical and electronic files and records - Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette in all interactions with clients and colleagues - Provide team management support, including coordinating schedules and delegating tasks

Skills:

Proven experience as an Office Manager, or Administrative Support

  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word and MS Outlook, in particular)
  • Familiarity/experience with Quickbooks online
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (particularly on phone)
  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
  • A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
  • Be willing to learn about aspects of the construction industry

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.26 - $21.99 per hour
