Description
- Clinical Oversight and Supervision: Provide licensure supervision for provisionally licensed therapists, oversee their progress, and ensure high standards of care and compliance.
- Mentorship and Training: Actively support, train, and mentor clinical staff, enhancing their skills and fostering a nurturing environment.
- Policy and Procedure Management: Manage and update clinical policies, ensuring adherence to the best practices and regulatory standards.
- Collaboration and Crisis Management: Work closely with clinical operations and community leaders, facilitate effective communication across teams, and handle crisis interventions.
- Community Engagement:Engage with community initiatives and represent Alliance at events to promote mental health awareness.
- Clinical Practice: Maintain a personal clinical caseload, providing therapy for 16-18 client hours each week to stay directly engaged with client care and clinical practices.
- Full-time, salaried position in Glasgow and/or Bowling Green Kentucky.
