The Schedule Designed Maximize Impact

As a core member of our team, you will provide direct support to our RISE recipients five days a week, with occasional Saturday offerings.

Our group sessions are tailored to align with the school calendar, offering a dynamic schedule that shifts for participants from 10am-2pm during the summer months to 3:30pm-7:30pm throughout the academic year.

Your Average Schedule

8:30am - 3pm in the Summer
2pm - 8pm during the Academic Year

Your Unique Opportunity

Engage in direct service support to RISE recipients, tailoring activities to fit both summer and school-year schedules as directed by the group therapist and the Program Director.
Coordinate daily logistics from meal preparation to maintaining a clean and welcoming facility environment.
Collaborate with a dedicated team to refine and enhance the program, contributing to the development and execution of monthly themes and decorations.
Serve as a primary contact for parent and community partner communications, fostering strong relationships and ensuring program success.

Are You the Perfect Fit?

Have experience working with children and adolescents in the mental health field.
Educational requirement: Minimum of a GED; Bachelors degree preferred but not required.
Age requirement: 21 years of age.
Have keen observation skills to monitor for behavioral issues and potential escalation to keep our participants safe.
Be mature, responsible and reliable for agency dependability as well as modeling for participants.
Have a valid driver's license, positive driving record and proof of insurance.
Have a clean driving record with zero traffic violations.
Be engaging and energetic; a team player with strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
Be neat, tidy and able to maintain a sanitary work environment.
Have availability on Saturdays.
Exhibit strong observational skills, reliability, energy, and the ability to maintain a positive and professional work environment.
