• Updates law references for the Judge's library.

• Makes copies of articles, reports, correspondence, etc. for the judge.

• Makes deliveries to other court facilities and City Hall.

• Requisitions and picks up supplies for the judge and court reporter,

• Answers phones, takes messages, and places calls at the judge's

• Acts as receptionist for the division chambers and other facilities as

• Assist the Court in the annual move of the judges to different divisions.

• On a rotation basis, performs duties as outlined above for an associate

• Prompt attendance

• Performs other related duties as required.

• Ability to use simple office equipment.

• Ability to answer telephone’s relay messages and communicates

• Ability to communicate effectively with Court staff, litigants and parties.

• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

• Ability to work with confidential information.

• Ability to perform light cleaning duties.

• Ability to deliver mail and books as required.

• Ability to walk long distances and climb stairways.
