Job Summary:

New Age Services Corporation is seeking an Part time HR Manager to join our team. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing the Human Resources function and will be responsible for the following:

• Oversee all aspects of the recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and training of new employees.
• Oversee all aspects of the recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and training of existing employees.
• Develops and implements HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
• Develops and maintains employee performance plans.
• Oversees all employee benefits programs including health insurance, 401K, etc.
• Oversees all employee relations activities including employee relations meetings, employee relations forms, etc.
• Manages all employee benefits programs including medical insurance, 401K, 401K matching, tuition reimbursement, employee discounts, etc.
• Conducts performance appraisals on a regular basis to evaluate the effectiveness of the human resources programs.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.

Experience:

• Previous experience in human resources preferred.

License Certification:

• Driver's License is required; CDL is preferred.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
