Summary:

The Valet Service upholds Ocean Investments, LLC’s company Core Values, Vision, and Mission by ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience to all guests arriving and departing the establishment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greets each guest arriving or departing with a friendly and sincere salutation
• Reviews Daily Log to be familiarized with the daily business activity
• Opens guest vehicle doors and escorts guests to the main entrance
• Parks and retrieves guest vehicles
• Reports all accidents, safety hazards and any other relevant issues to management
• Tags and logs guest keys accurately

Education and Experience:

• Previous experience in customer service-related field preferred, but not required

Skills and Qualifications:

• Possess a valid Hawaii driver’s license and a clean driving record. Employment as a Valet Service with Ocean Investments is contingent upon meeting company drivers abstract requirements
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission
• Physically fit and able to run to retrieve vehicles
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
