Key Responsibilities:

Tropicana Brands Group is looking for a highly qualified Media & RGM Analytics Manager to support the Integrated Insights & Analytics Center of Excellence ensure the company’s goals and initiatives are met.

This position drives more real-time, independent, and objective measurement of TBG’s marketing and RGM initiatives. This role will build out more dynamic tools to influence decisions across the US and Canada business, taking advantage of agency and internal capabilities to transform our ability to manage and deploy brand building dollars on a more agile basis. As such it is an essential part of realizing TBG’s vision of growth. The Manager will embrace, champion and drive TBG’s Culture of “Grit, Grow, Go” – always in service of driving the business and unlocking growth.

Tropicana is looking for a critical thinker with exceptional communication, influencing and relationship management skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Portfolio Strategy team in the generation of analytics to advise GMs and brand managers on their comprehensive RGM strategy. These include brand and competitive price curves, brand and competitive price/promo candlesticks, promo ROIs, package-level investment rates, working: nonworking trade rates, occasion penetration, investment trends over time, price realization vs. Food CPI and competition, and retailer/supplier profit pool analytics at the core package, brand, and channel level
  • Supporting Marketing Services team in the generation of analytics to advise GMs and brand managers on their comprehensive media strategy. This includes identifying best-in-class tools to build or buy, determining media performance metrics, and assessing agency media performance tracking
  • Developing pathways for new AI-enabled tools, including more integrated perspectives on brand building investment optimization at granular levels, extending beyond media to incorporate things like trade
  • Tackle ambiguous problems to determine and prioritize business strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to implement short and long term strategies to support organizational operation and transformation
  • Lead, influence, and collaborate across functions to drive results through formal and informal channels

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics or Marketing Research; MBA Preferred
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in increasing levels of advanced analytics in media and/or revenue growth management.
  • CPG background or outside research firm with CPG clients required; preference for ‘Fortune 500’
  • Proficiency in excel and have excellent analytic skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to standup dashboards and “rough and ready” tools with use.
  • Familiarity with syndicated sources and broad network of agencies capable of providing proprietary research; experience standardizing and automating reporting,
  • Skillset:
