As a Senior Construction Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of our architectural projects. You will collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and contractors to oversee construction phases, manage budgets, and maintain quality standards. Your attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and construction expertise will contribute to the seamless realization of our designs.

Responsibilities

• Construction Observation: Monitor construction progress, conduct site visits, and address any issues that arise during the building phase.
• Construction Cost Review: Track project expenses, review change orders, and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
• Quality Assurance: Make observations to verify that construction is in general conformance with architectural plans, specifications, and industry standards.
• Contract Administration: Review contracts, negotiate terms, and facilitate communication between stakeholders.
• Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve construction-related challenges.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records, including project logs, reports, and correspondence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction administration within an architectural or engineering firm.
• Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Revit, Bluebeam).
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
