Dekker Perich Sabatini is seeking a BIM Revit Coordinator to utilize their modeling skills in a team-oriented environment. This position will assist with the training of other BIM staff and collaborate on highly creative designs for multiple projects, across several studios. As passionate and self-driven team members, candidates will join a firm that has been a staple in the industry for over 65 years.

 Responsibilities 

• Assist the BIM Manager with daily tasks and help train less experienced staff, both in-person and remotely as needed
• In collaboration with DPS U team, assists with providing BIM focused training and development to staff across the firm
• Contribute to the documentation, monitoring and dissemination of best practices and industry advancements
• Adhere to effective project quality procedures
• Create all types of architectural families with little or no supervision needed
• Involvement in a wide variety of project types across all studios
• Assist project team members with various Revit model issues when they arise

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Architectural or Engineering Drafting Technology
• 3 to 5 years of required experience in document production directly related to architectural, engineering, and/or construction industry
• Must possess demonstratable advanced skills in Revit. Specifically, candidates should exhibit knowledge in schedules, view filters, worksets, phasing, and design options
• Knowledge of Dynamo scripting required
• Knowledge of BIM360 preferred
• Knowledge of rendering software Enscape and/or Lumion preferred
