Responsibilities
- Collaborates with team members to create rich content for website, social, email, presentations, articles, print, and digital media
- Creates compelling stories around firm expertise and projects: ideation, research, writing, feedback, and publishing
- Champions our social channels: publishing content, engaging with our audience, and creating opportunities to connect with partners, prospects, and communities
- Executes content calendar and monitors performance metrics
- Activates the firm to post and connect digitally on LinkedIn, by providing links, resources, tools, and guidance
- Conducts internal interviews with principals and subject matter experts
- Proactively manages tasks, streamlines, and maintains processes
- Ad hoc duties such as proofreading, award nominations, and press releases
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or 2 years of experience in B2B marketing and communications
- Ability to establish good working relationships with teams across the firm
- Ability to manage and prioritize simultaneous projects
- Strong communication skills with ability to convey ideas in a creative and compelling manner
- Knowledge and application of current best practices for social media, website, and other marketing content
- Experience using WordPress and/or knowledge of SEO strategy preferred
- General Adobe Suite familiarity and/or experience with social media video production preferred
