The mission of the Indian Health Care Resource Center of Tulsa, Inc. (IHCRC) is to provide quality, comprehensive health care to Tulsa area Indian people in a culturally sensitive manner that promotes good health, well-being and harmony.

HEALTH PROMOTION AND DISEASE PREVENTION GOAL
The long-term goal of IHCRC is to improve general health status and reduce the incidence and severity of chronic disease by engaging the Indian community in ongoing health promotion, and disease prevention and management programs.
JOB SUMMARY
The role of the Development/Fundraising Manager is to increase awareness of the fundraiser, its cause, and to generate donations. Takes initiative to spot fundraising opportunities, develop relationships with potential donors, and manage fundraising campaigns. The Development/Fundraising Manager coordinates events, writes proposals, recruits, and leads volunteers.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Identify and pursue new funding opportunities through grants, sponsorships, and partnerships.
REQUIRED LICENSE, CERTIFICATION, EDUCATION, SPECIALIZED SKILLS
Bachelor’s Degree required.
Certified Fund-Raising Executive (CFRE) preferred or 5 years equivalent.
Proven experience in fundraising or a related field
Strong research skills to identify potential donors and funding opportunities
Excellent relationship management skills to cultivate donor relationships.
Must be organized and self-motivated.
Must have strong, professional communication skills.
Intermediate computer skills.
WORKING CONDITIONS
The employee is on feet most of day, both on the computer and interacting with others. Intermittent physical activity including walking, standing, sitting, lifting. This position performs tasks that may involve direct exposure to patients. Incumbent will be exposed to virus, disease and infection from patients and in working environment. Personal protective equipment use is required.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
