Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Clerk at United Towing and Transport Inc in Houston, TX. The Human Resources Clerk will be responsible for managing employee relations, implementing HR policies and procedures, coordinating recruitment and hiring processes, overseeing onboarding and training programs, administering benefits and compensation, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in employee relations, HR policies, and recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software
• Must have excellent customer service skills and the ability to multitask.
• Office administrative experience is preferred.
• Computer savvy and Microsoft office knowledge is a must.
