Job Details
The Philanthropy Associate will facilitate Planned Giving and Major Gift initiatives for the organization. Primary focus is growing the Tanager Place Foundation through planned gifts and major gifts for operations. Provide regular updates on progress toward approved annual benchmarks. This role will support donors within a personal portfolio, accomplish their philanthropic goals and ambitions through a relationship with our organization. Additionally manage and record all donor interactions ensuring personal contact with each donor on assigned portfolio regularly (at least 3 times per year).

Qualifications
Acceptable Experience/Training/ Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Business, or a related field
• Any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the knowledge and abilities necessary to perform the work
