Job Details
As the Crisis House Cottage Coordinator, you will function as a member of the Residential Services Team providing professional direct care services that are client centered and strengths based. This position is a leadership position requiring sound decision making skills, role modeling and direct oversight of staff and program within the Crisis House while engaging the team in professional growth activities.
Qualifications
Acceptable Experience/Training/ Education:

• Associate's Degree in Human Services or related field or currently enrolled in coursework to obtain a Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• Three years previous inpatient or related experience.
• One year experience in a leadership role.
