Beginning in 1879, we are Linn County's First Children's Human Services agency. We're always evolving to serve the needs of our community. • This is a full-time position with a schedule of 2:30 - 10:30 on 4 weekdays and Saturday or Sunday.

Job Details

As a Crisis House Youth Service Worker, you will function as a member of the Residential Services Team providing direct care services that are client centered, strengths based and professional. This position provides for the supervision and safety of our clients while in our care providing normalcy activities for growth and well-being. Youth Service Workers establish a therapeutic relationship with clients based on trust and respect.

Qualifications

Acceptable Experience/Training/ Education:

• Must be 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the knowledge and abilities necessary to perform the work.
