We are seeking qualified candidates for a Commercial Hospitality, Key Account Manager position at our corporate location in Richmond, VA, or Fully Remote, preferably located on the US East Coast. Responsibilities include executing a strategy to grow profitable commercial sales through hospitality channels nationwide. This position is Hybrid or Fully remote, dependent on the candidate's location.

Responsibilities of the position include:

*Execute strategy to grow profitable sales (top and bottom line) with particular emphasis on hotel chains & distribution channels across North America.

*Utilizing Hamilton Beach Brands' product portfolio, support distribution as well as regional and national chains.

*Build strong relationships at the management level with Coffee Roasters & Hospitality partnerships.

*Manage and develop travel schedule to maximize coverage of key initiatives.

*Effectively utilize financial tools to drive strategies leading to accelerated top-line growth while meeting operational profitability.

Requirements of the position include:

*Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.

*5 to 7 years of professional sales experience within the Coffee Roaster or Hospitality channel including P&L responsibility.

*Must have demonstrated ability to analyze financial information and other relevant business metrics.

*Solid negotiation skills.

*Demonstrated ability to develop market strategies to drive growth.

*Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

*Knowledge/exposure to an ERP System and cost accounting/inventory management a plus.
